SHIPPING

Physical shipments are prepared to ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order unless otherwise noted. Domestic orders will arrive via USPS. I am not responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

If your package arrives damaged, and it's clear something has gone "horribly wrong" in shipping, please email me riana@riananelson.com to work out an exchange. I will do everything I possibly can to make it right, as I want you to love your art as much as I enjoyed creating it and appreciate you!

SESSIONS

Virtual coaching sessions are available by appointment only. By joining our session together, you agree you are at least 18 years of age or older, you willingly consent to enter a video/audio chat over Zoom, and acknowledge I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. I am providing “big sister” guidance, and a space to hear what you’re going through to provide you unlicensed advice, practical tips, ideas, encouragement, and support. Anything you discuss with me during our call or in your questionnaire at time of booking will be held confidentially. You have the right to leave the call at any time. A 5-minute grace period at the start of the call will be offered for delays or technical issues. Late attendance or missed appointments without 48 hours notice will not be honored or refunded.

RETURN POLICY

All physical sales are final. Unless otherwise noted, virtual coaching sessions are paid in full at time of booking, and refunds or reschedules will be on a case by case basis.
