We’re doing something a little different with this blog post! I wrote this today, and wanted to share it with you by speaking it out loud!

It seemed appropriate given the topic. I open with a little story about how Derik tricks us into singing just about any song… and it’s a marvelous analogy for how we can utilize and “trick” our brains into developing confidence with any goal in mind.
